These terms and conditions govern your use of the raintank.com.au website and the purchase of products from Rain Tanks Australia.

Products and Pricing

All tanks are sold brand new with a manufacturer’s warranty. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is confirmed at the time of purchase.

Payment

We accept cash and EFTPOS. Payment is required at the time of pick up or prior to delivery.

Pick Up and Delivery

Pick up is available from Lake Haven, NSW 2263 and St Marys, NSW 2760. Delivery is available across the Central Coast and Greater Sydney. Delivery fees are quoted on a per-order basis and confirmed before dispatch.

Returns and Warranty

All tanks are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to Rain Tanks Australia by calling 0424 715 192. Tanks that have been installed, filled, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.

Limitation of Liability

Rain Tanks Australia provides general guidance on tank installation and use. We are not licensed plumbers and do not accept liability for installation outcomes. Any connection to internal plumbing must be completed by a licensed plumber in accordance with Australian standards.
